Thursday the 18th of March- Sound and Editing

Todays lesson began very well as Robert had successfully mixed us a track that fitted what we wanted on the software he mentioned the previous lesson. The track was the genre we wanted and sounded like it was coming from downstairs. Catherine and Sarah both agreed that is was right to edit in to the thriller.

We began editing the sound in to the flashbacks we had edited in last week. The track Robert mixed fitted well in the thriller and by cutting the track and replacing it in we managed to make it all fit.

In the second half of the lesson we began to add in the titles, things such as producers and directors. We had some trouble making the titles fit and look good. We decided between us that having the titles black kept it simple and also looked the most proffesional.

Robert and I got carried away with the titles so decided to stay behind and do as much as we could to them in the 15 minutes we had for break.

Although we didnt finish the titles Catherine and Robert then arranged to both meet up on friday to finish them so that our piece was ready to hand in on Friday.
